At Temple Coffee Roasters, we want you to love your brew. If you are not completely satisfied with your coffee or merchandise, we offer a flexible return policy to ensure you have the best experience possible.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Check Eligibility

    Coffee beans must be within 14 days of the roast date, while merchandise and brewing equipment must be unused and in original packaging.

  • 2.
    Contact Support

    Email our customer experience team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely package your items and include the original packing slip before shipping them back to our Sacramento roastery.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Exchange

    Once your return is inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items.
