How soon will my coffee ship after I place an order?

To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed.

Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?

We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind settings, including Drip, Espresso, and French Press, to suit your brewing method.

What is your return policy for coffee beans?

As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an error with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.

How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?

We recommend storing your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and odors can compromise the flavor profile of the beans.

Can I manage or cancel my coffee subscription?

Yes, you can easily manage your subscription through your account dashboard. You have the flexibility to change your delivery frequency, swap products, or cancel at any time before your next billing cycle.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location and are calculated at checkout.
